How to find your automation opportunities in 1 hour
You don't need a consultant to find your manual processes. You need to look at your day differently.
- Write down everything you did yesterday. Don't filter. Every email, every WhatsApp message, every spreadsheet update, every phone call. List it all.
- Mark each task as "decision" or "transfer." A decision is: "I approved this expense," "I resolved this customer complaint." A transfer is: "I copied data from A to B," "I forwarded this message," "I typed this information." The transfers are your automation targets.
